Bixby is part of our Tulsa market, and a Local Nerd comes to you on either side of the Arkansas River.
Bixby is about 16 miles from downtown Tulsa, inside the 25-mile band: $110/hr. More about our Tulsa market.
$39 books the visit, and the rest is charged when the work is done. Remote help is $39 for 30 minutes. Card only.
In Bixby we help with the big newer house that has one router trying to cover two floors, plus a thermostat, a video doorbell and a TV in every room, each with its own app. We untangle that, put the printer back on the network, and clean up the family laptop that hasn't had an update since it came home from the store.
Bixby's newer subdivisions north of the river between Memorial and Sheridan are roomy, and a router tucked in a closet or an upstairs office is about the worst place for it. South of the river, in the older part of town, the question can be getting a signal out to a detached garage.
From downtown Tulsa the drive runs south to the Memorial Drive bridge over the Arkansas. Bixby's ZIP sits about 16 miles from downtown Tulsa in a straight line, inside the 25-mile band, so a visit is $110 an hour whether you live north of the bridge or south of it.

Often, yes. In a two-story house the router tends to be on the wrong floor or shut in a closet, and moving it or adding one access point fixes a lot of it. If you do need new equipment, we'll say what and why first.
Often we can. It depends on how far it is and what the walls are made of, so we look before recommending anything. Sometimes one outdoor access point does it, and sometimes it takes a cable run. We'll tell you which.
Yes. We sit down with them, set the iPads up for what they want to do, and leave the steps written out. If you're the one booking from out of town, we can call you afterward with what we did.
We do. We connect the TVs, sign in the streaming apps, sort out the remotes, and give everyone in the house a short walk-through so they can find what they want to watch.
