Broken Bow, Hochatown, Idabel, Valliant, Wright City and the cabin country around Beavers Bend, east into De Queen and Ashdown and south toward the Red River. A Local Nerd down here comes to your door, or helps remotely when that's faster.
Pick a time, we come to your door, and you agree to the rate before we start. Remote help works too when that's faster.
In person from $110/hr. $39 books it, and the rest is charged when the work is done. Remote help $39 for 30 minutes. Card only, no cash or checks. You agree to the rate before we start.
Ask anything you like. We'll explain what we're doing while we do it.
If it works in one room and not the next, that's a coverage problem and it's fixable. We start by moving things around, before anybody sells you a bigger bill.
Doorbells, cameras, speakers, thermostats and lights, set up so they notify the right phone and you can find them when you need them.
Getting a new TV going, tidying up the apps, and making the remote situation sane again. Then we show you the three buttons you need.
Photos, contacts, passwords and the settings nobody can find. We'll get it set up the way you want to use it.
Cleanups, updates, printers that stopped printing, files you can't find, and a backup so one bad day doesn't cost you years of photos.
Wireless printers drop off the network all the time. We'll get yours connected, printing and scanning, and explain why it keeps disappearing.
We'll slow down or write the steps out for you whenever you ask. Learning it once beats calling somebody every month.
We'll go through what's on there, get rid of what shouldn't be, and show you how to spot the next one.
Two kinds of customer share this corner of the state. The rental cabins around Hochatown and Beavers Bend, where the internet is part of what's being rented and the people who own it live hours away and have never seen the router. And the year-round side, Idabel, Valliant, Wright City and out into the timber, where houses sit a long way from the road and the answer is often satellite rather than a better antenna. We'll tell you which one you're dealing with.
This is a long way from anywhere, and a lot of families here have children and grandchildren in Dallas or Fort Smith or farther. The things worth getting right are the video call that connects, the photos that arrive, and the phone that doesn't lock you out every time it updates.

Somebody two states away is worried that Mom can't get the TV back to normal, or that Dad keeps getting locked out of his email. You can arrange it for them. Book the session or gift a membership and we'll handle it with them directly, at a time that suits.
Send a NerdYes. Guest Wi-Fi that stays up, a smart lock that opens for the right code, and a TV a stranger can figure out in the dark are all things we set up and then explain to whoever cleans between stays. Book a changeover day and tell us it's a rental.

Yes. We go at your pace and explain things in everyday words. If you'd like to learn to do it yourself, say so when you book.
Yes, if broken means slow, glitchy, locked out, or won't do what it did last week. We don't open machines up to replace parts, and we don't recover data off a dead drive. When that's the problem, we say so and don't bill you for finding it out.
